The World Athletics Championships continue in Budapest with more track and field events today.

The World Athletics Championships enter into the fourth day of action from Budapest after getting started last week. This is the third day of actual events after the first evening was ceremonial. There are several potential great moments on the schedule here today starting with the legend Shelly-Ann Fraser-Pryce looking for her sixth gold medal in the 100m event. She has not run her best as of late due to a knee injury, but the iconic athlete will look to hold off the field, including two of her teammates, to come away with a sixth gold medal in this event. The men will also race the semifinals and finals of the 100m today filling the day with elite speed running events.

The running events continue today in the one-lap hurdle event for both the men and the women with the preliminary runs.

There will also be action in the triple-jump and the discus throw outside of the running events on the schedule today. The discus is a gold medal event, with the men’s perennial champion Kristjen Ceh looking for another medal and his rival Daniel Stahl looking to come away with another medal.

Events will take place all day with morning and evening events with the best athletes in the world looking to turn heads, win medals and prepare for the 2024 Paris Olympics.
